Anitra Green is a mother, keynote speaker, coach, executive, and entrepreneur who helps individuals grow with purpose, clarity, and confidence. She is the founder of GROW180, a leadership and personal development platform designed to help people change the trajectory of their lives.

Anitra’s leadership journey began early. She entered the workforce at fourteen, driven by a strong work ethic and a desire for independence. By her teens, she was securing corporate roles that confirmed her natural leadership ability and passion for growth. In her early twenties, she gained hands-on mentorship while working for a female minority-owned business, where she developed discipline, strategic thinking, and a deeper understanding of leadership. This role also allowed her to travel nationally and engage with diverse cultures and communities.

In her late twenties, Anitra fully surrendered her life to God, a decision that transformed her personal and professional path. She soon answered the call to ministry and has served as a Women’s Ministry leader for nearly two decades. Through this work, she discovered her unique ability to support women holistically and became deeply committed to helping them grow spiritually, professionally, and personally while living balanced and purpose-driven lives.

Professionally, Anitra holds an executive leadership role within the Healthcare IT industry. She has built and developed high-performing teams, implemented scalable processes, and created solutions that drive productivity and excellence. She is also the founder of the CAAMP Management and Leadership Program, which received the Innovative Achievement Award in 2018 and continues to be implemented today.

In 2019, Anitra founded GROW180 to expand her impact beyond corporate and ministry settings. To her, success is not defined by titles or income, but by living fully aligned with one’s God-given purpose. GROW180 reflects her life experience, leadership expertise, and passion for helping others grow with intention and confidence.
